Entering service in March 1948, the 35ft long, 8ft wide Q1 was the finest trolleybus that London ever owned. The capital had by far the largest trolleybus system with over 1800 buses at its peak and the system ran until May 1962. We have chosen the Q1 that ran on Route 667, Registration HYM 808, Fleet No. 1808. The advertising panels feature Premium Bonds and Cobnut Tobacco.
