DISSOLVING GRID CAMO ON ECONYL® REGENERATED NYLON WITH PRIMALOFT® INSULATION TECHNOLOGY: Vest in a nylon canvas garment made with a trilobate structure sheen ECONYL® regenerated yarns. The life ended nylon, pre and post-consumer, is recycled with a complex depolymerization process to create this fibre that features the same intrinsic characteristics of nylon from fossil raw material. The digital print of an original camouflage, created by Stone Island by artfully dirtying parts of a mesh support, is partially enriched with an embossed effect motif, emphasized by garment dyeing. It undergoes an elaborate dual colour recipe over dyeing process. The garment is padded with a layer of PrimaLoft®-TC, an exclusive blend of insulating fibres, 70% recycled, engineered with STONE ISLAND to withstand the high temperatures of the garment dyeing procedures without compromising loft or insulating properties. A special PFC-free anti-drop agent is added to the elaborate dual colour recipe over dyeing process.
